A platform operator needed distinct consoles for travel-agency tenants and internal platform ops to manage state-heavy ticketing flows — orders, modifications, refunds, and verification — without owning consumer distribution or backend transaction infrastructure.

Built the 0→1 frontend architecture (Vue.js) to manage state-heavy ticketing flows. Designed distinct consoles for agency tenants (order management, refunds/changes, verification) and platform ops (contracts, onboarding, operational overrides).
3.The Impact
Delivered distinct agency and ops workflows functioning from day one. Platform ops could onboard new agency tenants and manage contracts without engineering intervention for routine changes.
